THE 30-MINUTE RULE
Apparently, distance matters before the relationship even begins.
According to a recent DatingNews.com survey, 61% of singles said they would not travel more than 30 minutes for a first date. Even more interesting, 29% said they have ended a relationship because the distance became too inconvenient.
It turns out location really can make or break a connection.
That may be dating advice, but it also says a lot about real estate.
Living close to great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local gathering spots makes it easier to say yes to last-minute plans, meet friends for dinner, or turn an ordinary weeknight into something worth looking forward to.
A beautiful home will always matter, but the lifestyle outside the front door matters too. The best locations give you more than convenience. They give you options.
So, when you are searching for your next home, it may be worth asking:
Where would we go for a first date?
Where would we celebrate an anniversary?
Where could we walk for coffee on a Sunday morning?
Because sometimes the right neighborhood is the beginning of a very good love story.
